Cancellations

should be communicated with your counselor 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in a charge of your session fee. You may do so via phone call, text message, email or client portal. 


No Show

the amount of your fee. You will be allotted a 15-minute grace period for all sessions (in-person or virtually); if you are not present 15 minutes after the hour, you will be considered a "no show" for your session and charged the amount of your fee.  


All session fees must be paid prior to your appointment time. You will not be permitted to self-schedule if you have outstanding balances, multiple cancellations or no shows.
